Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At MyHijabs, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume smell, or damage will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Inner wear, accessories, or personal care items (if applicable)

  • Any item returned after 30 days of delivery

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Items returned in used or altered condition

  • Items with missing tags or packaging not due to our error

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

If you have completed all steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at {email address} with your order details and photos

  • Send the item to: {physical address}

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages
